Whipped Honey Butter Recipe
A two-ingredient spread to level up any bread, loaf, dessert, or breakfast.
Ingredients
½ cup pasture-raised raw butter (if unsalted, add ½ teaspoon salt)
½ cup raw honey
Directions
Add butter and honey to a glass mixing bowl.
Mix with a handheld mixer on high speed until whipped, using a silicone spatula to scrape any off the sides. Mix longer for a fluffier result.
Serve.
Ideas to serve with honey butter
Notes
Store in the fridge until gone. Neither the butter nor honey will go bad for a good while.
If it falls flat, simply re-whip it.
